1. Staying in a Concierge Rooms and Suites

Marceline Salon

  • An exclusive lounge for guests staying in Concierge Rooms and Suites.
  • The lounge is open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
    Complimentary soft drinks and snacks served from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
    Complimentary cocktails served from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • Last orders at 9:30 p.m.
  • The lounge may be used from 2:00 p.m. on the day of check-in until 12:00 noon on the day of checkout. You may be asked to confirm your room number and name to enter the lounge.
    • - If the lounge is at capacity, you may be required to wait before entering. Thank you for your cooperation.
    • - A time limit may be imposed during periods of congestion. Thank you for your understanding.

Breakfast

  • The restaurant for breakfast will depend on your accommodation plan.
    Guests dining at Dreamers Lounge (Lobby lounge) should head to the 3rd floor.
    Guests dining at Sherwood Garden Restaurant (Buffet restaurant) should head to the 1st floor.
    Guests who have not reserved breakfast in advance may make place a book at Marceline Salon.
  • Room service is available for guests staying in Suite Rooms, Concierge Disney's Cinderella Room, Concierge Deluxe Room (Park View), Concierge Balcony Room (Park Grand View), or Concierge Balcony Alcove Room (Park Grand View).
    • - Seating availability will depend on the day, and we may not always be able to accommodate your preferred time. Thank you for your understanding.
    • - Room service for breakfast will be delivered to your door.

2. Staying at the Hotel

Entering the Guest Room

  • Use the hotel map to locate your guest room.
    Scan your key card (or mobile device if using online check-in) on the card reader to open the door. When the green light flashes, turn the handle to enter the room.
    • - If the door does not open, please use the guest telephone located near the elevators to call for assistance.

Evacuation Route

  • A map showing the evacuation route from your room can be found on the back of the door. Please be sure to check the map in case of emergency.

Using the Parking Areas

  • You will need to show your parking ticket when paying. Please pay your parking fee at Marceline Salon on the 3rd floor before checking out.

    Parking hours: 0:00 a.m. on the day of check-in until midnight on the day of checkout

    Parking fee: 3,000 yen for the first night; 1,000 yen for each additional night of stay

    - You can enter and exit the parking area as many times as you like during your stay.

Payment and Checkout

  • Checkout is at 12:00 noon.
  • Paying the remaining balance minus your deposit
    To pay by credit card, use your smartphone to scan the two-dimensional code on the guest room television to be directed to the payment website.
    For payment methods other than credit card, and guests requiring a receipt (statement), please pay at Marceline Salon.
    Marceline Salon will be busy around checkout time and Park opening. We encourage guests to checkout at other times to avoid congestion.
  • Return your key card to the return boxes on the 1st and 3rd floors, or by handing it in at Marceline Salon.

Disney Hotel Smart Order

・Order Room service and a variety of other services from your mobile device.
 Use your mobile device to scan the two-dimensional code shown on the guest room television’s main menu.

Hotel Restaurants, Facilities and Relaxation Services

  • Operational hours for the hotel’ s restaurants and facilities can be checked by accessing the menu on the guest room television.
  • To book a restaurant or relaxation service, contact the Service Hotline.
     - Please note that the restaurant and relaxation service may already be fully booked at the time of your call.

Requests to Hotel Guests on Using Hotel Facilities

  • The slippers and nightwear are for use in your guest room only. Do not wear them around the hotel.

Smoking Lounge

  • All guest rooms are non-smoking. Guests wishing to smoke are requested to use the Smoking Lounge on the 3rd floor.

Eco bags

・All guest rooms include shopping bags to be taken home with you after your stay. Each room has two bags per night of stay. Extra shopping bags cannot be provided. Thank you for your understanding.
・Eco bags available for purchase are offered at the Marceline Salon (¥2,000 per bag).
 - Please note that the design differs from the eco bag included in your room.
 - Each guest may purchase one bag per night of stay.

Paper Bag

・As of February 28, 2023, Paper Bag are no longer available in guest rooms. If you require a paper shopping bag, please ask a Cast Member. Thank you for helping to reduce paper waste at Tokyo Disney Resort.

3. Guest Room Facilities and Amenities

Wireless Internet Access (Wi-Fi)

  • Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms at the hotel.

Beds

  • The following beds are also available in some room types. Pillows are located in the top shelf of the closet.
    Trundle Bed: Pull out from underneath the bed nearest the window to use.
    Alcove Bed: Located in the alcove of the room. Remove the cover from the sofa to use.
    • - There is also a video tutorial on how to use the bed.
      To watch, select “TV” from the menu on the television, then “Room Information.”
    • - Bed types differ according to guest room type.

Refrigerator

  • The mineral water in the room refrigerator is complimentary. Guests staying in Concierge Suite rooms may request extra bottles free of charge.

Bathroom

  • The bathtub takes five minutes to fill. Do not overfill the bath.

Children’s Pajamas

  • Please call the Service Hotline to request children’s pajamas. Available sizes are as follows.
    S (80 cm – 100 cm), M (100 cm – 120 cm), L (120 cm – 140 cm)
    • - Children’s pajamas cannot be taken home.

Unplugging Electrical Devices and Equipment

  • Before leaving your room, please unplug any devices that contain lithium-ion batteries, or devices with a heating element such as hair straighteners.

4. Purchasing a Park Ticket and Accessing the Parks

Purchasing a Park Ticket

  • A Fixed-Date Ticket is required for entry to Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea.
  • For information on Park tickets including ticket types and when they can be used for Park entry, click here.
  • Marceline Salone and the Park Ticket Counter will be busy around the time of Park opening. We recommend purchasing your ticket the day before to avoid congestion.

  • - To avoid overcrowding around the Park Entrance, the time of Park opening may change. Select “Notification” from the menu on the television to find out more.
  • - Guests with Vacation Packages who have already purchased a ticket may not purchase tickets at the hotel.

Disney Hotels Guest Benefits “Happy Entry”

This Disney Hotel guest benefit allows guests to enter the applicable Park through a Special Entrance for Disney Hotel guests, 15 minutes earlier than other guests. This benefit is not available on the day of check-in.

Access with the Disney Resort Line (fee required)

  • Guests can access various facilities within Tokyo Disney Resort by using the Disney Resort Line that circles the Resort.
    The closest station to Tokyo Disneyland Hotel is Tokyo Disneyland Station on the Disney Resort Line.
