Information for Guests Staying at Fantasy Chateau

1. Staying at the Hotel

Entering the Guest Room

  • Scan your key card (or mobile device if using online check-in) on the card reader to open the door. When the green light flashes, turn the handle to enter the room.
    • - If the door does not open, please use the guest telephone located near the elevators to call for assistance.

Evacuation Route

  • A map showing the evacuation route from your room can be found on the back of the door. Please be sure to check the map in case of emergency.

Baggage Storage

  • If you entered your room without collecting baggage stored with the hotel before check-in, ask for your baggage by using the Disney Hotel Smart Order, or call the Service Hotline.
  • If you would like to store baggage at the hotel after checkout, please visit the Bell Desk on the 3rd floor. If you plan to pick-up your stored baggage after 1:30 p.m., you may leave your baggage in your room when you check out. Gather your baggage together near the door of your room, and request pick-up by using the Disney Hotel Smart Order.

Using the Parking Areas

  • You will need to show your parking ticket when paying. Please pay your parking fee at Fantasy Chateau Lounge (Reception) on the 3rd floor before checking out.
    Parking hours: 0:00 a.m. on the day of check-in until midnight on the day of checkout
    Parking fee: 3,000 yen for the first night; 1,000 yen for each additional night of stay
    • - You will be charged extra for use of the parking area up to midnight before the day you check in or after midnight on the day you check out.
    • - You can enter and exit the parking area as many times as you like during your stay.

Payment and Checkout

  • Checkout is at 12:00 noon.
    Fantasy Chateau Lounge (Reception) will be busy around checkout time and Park opening. We encourage guests to check out at other times to avoid congestion.
  • Paying the remaining balance minus your deposit
    To pay by credit card, use your phone to scan the two-dimensional code on the guest room television to be directed to the payment website.
    For payment methods other than credit card, and guests requiring a receipt (statement), please pay at Fantasy Chateau Lounge (Reception).
    Return your key card to the return boxes on the 1st and 3rd floors, or by handing it in at the Fantasy Chateau Lounge (Reception).
    If you have settled your bill and do not have anything charged to your room, you can use the Express Checkout service from the guest room television.

Disney Hotel Smart Order

  • You can request a variety of services from your mobile device.
    Use your mobile device to scan the two-dimensional code shown on the guest room television’s main menu.

Restricted Access to the Hotel

  • Access to the hotel is restricted to hotel guests only. Please show your key card on entering the hotel.
    • - If you do not have your key card with you, please give your room number and name.
    • - Grand Chateau may only be accessed by guests staying at Grand Chateau.

Hotel Restaurants, Facilities and Relaxation Services

  • Information on the hotel’s restaurants and facilities can be found by accessing the menu on the guest room television and selecting the appropriate category.
  • To book a restaurant or relaxation service, contact the Service Hotline.
    • - Please note that the restaurant and relaxation service may already be fully booked at the time of your call.
    • - Fantasy Springs Gifts can only be accessed from within the Park.

Requests to Hotel Guests on Using Hotel Facilities

  • The slippers and nightwear are for use in your guest room only. Please do not wear them around the hotel.

Smoking Lounge

  • All guest rooms are non-smoking. Guests wishing to smoke are requested to use the Smoking Lounge on the 3rd floor located near the elevators for the guest rooms.

Baggage Transport Carts

  • Carts are available for use by the guests.
    These carts can be used to transport your baggage during your stay, or to take them to Guest Parking or the Hotel Main Entrance when you depart.

Eco Bags

  • All guest rooms have eco bags that can be taken home with you after your stay. Each room has two bags per night of stay. Extra eco bags cannot be provided. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Eco bags available for purchase are offered at the Fantasy Chateau Lounge (Reception) (¥2,000 per bag).
    • - Please note that the design differs from the eco bag included in your room.
    • - Each guest may purchase one bag per night of stay.

2. Guest Room Facilities and Amenities

Wireless Internet Access (Wi-Fi)

  • Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms at the hotel.

Beds

  • The following beds are also available in some room types. Pillows are located in the top shelf of the closet.
    Trundle Bed: Located underneath the bed nearest the window. Pull it out to use.
    Alcove Bed: Located in the alcove of the room. Remove the cover from the sofa to use.
    • - Bed types differ according to guest room type.

Refrigerator

  • Complimentary mineral water can be found in the guest room refrigerator. Extra bottles are available at 250 yen per bottle.

Bathroom

  • The bathtub takes five minutes to fill. Please be careful not to overfill the bath.

Children’s Pajamas

  • If you would like to use the children’s pajamas, submit a request through the Disney Hotel Smart Order for the desired size and number of pajamas.
    S (under 100 cm), M (100 cm – 120 cm), L (120 cm – 140 cm)
    • - Children’s pajamas cannot be taken home.

Unplugging Electrical Devices and Equipment

  • Before leaving your room, please unplug any devices that contain lithium-ion batteries, or devices with a heating element such as hair straighteners.

3. Purchasing a Park Ticket and Accessing the Parks

Entry to Fantasy Springs

  • During your stay, you can use the Fantasy Springs Entrance for direct access into Fantasy Springs.
    • - You will need to show your Proof of Stay at Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel to access the Fantasy Springs Entrance.
    • - A Park ticket is required for Park entry.
    • - Fantasy Springs Entrance can also be used to enter the Park with the Happy Entry benefit.
    • - If you wish to leave the Park from the Fantasy Springs Entrance, please be sure to be in Fantasy Springs before 9:00 p.m.

Purchasing a Park Ticket

  • A Fixed-Date Ticket is required for entry to Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea.
  • For information on Park tickets including ticket types and when they can be used for Park entry, click here.
  • The counter will be busy around the time of Park opening. We recommend purchasing your ticket the day before to avoid congestion.
    Location: 3F Bell Desk / Hours: 6:00 a.m. — 10:00 p.m.
  • - To avoid overcrowding around the Park Entrance, the time of Park opening may change. Select “Notification” from the menu on the television to find out more.
  • - If you booked a Tokyo Disney Resort Vacation Packages plan, you cannot purchase additional Park tickets for the same date as the Park tickets included in your plan.

Disney Hotels Guest Benefits “Happy Entry”

  • This Disney Hotel Guest Benefit allows guests to enter the applicable Park through a Special Entrance for Disney Hotel guests earlier than other guests. This benefit is not available on the day of check-in.

  • Guests can access various facilities within Tokyo Disney Resort by using the Disney Resort Line monorail that circles the Resort. The closest station to Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel is Bayside Station on the Disney Resort Line monorail.
