Information for Guests Staying at the Hotel

1. Check-in and Guest Rooms

Check-in

  • 3:00 p.m.

Pre Check-in

  • Your room will be available after 4:30 p.m. (You will not be able to enter the room before 4:30 p.m.)
  • Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Entering the Guest Room

  • Scan your room key on the card reader.
  • When the green light flashes, turn the handle to enter the room.

Evacuation Route

  • A map showing the evacuation route from your room can be found on the back of the door. Please be sure to check the map in case of emergency.

Entering the Hotel at Night

  • The hotel’s main entrance will be closed from 0:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. A room key is required to enter the hotel.

Unplugging Electrical Devices and Equipment

  • Before leaving your room, please unplug any devices that contain lithium-ion batteries, or devices with a heating element such as hair straighteners.

Guest Room Television Information

  • Use the television to access information on Park opening times, room amenities, housekeeping during consecutive stays, and guest room facilities.

2. Locating your Guest Room

Guest Room Floor

  • For guest rooms with three-digit numbers, the first digit denotes the floor. E.g. Room No. 313 is located on the 3rd floor.
  • For guest rooms with four-digit numbers, the first two digits denote the floor. E.g. Room No. 1121 is located on the 11th floor.

Guests Staying on the 3rd Floor

  • The elevator will depend on your room number. See below for more information.
  • Guest Room No. 301 - 339: Use the elevator next to the Front Desk (Buzz Lightyear design)
  • Guest Room No. 363 - 399: Use the elevator next to the Guest Service Counter (Woody design)

  • Ice dispensing machines and water servers can be found at two locations on each floor. Instructions for use can be found on the guest room television.

3. Changing your Room

  • If you are staying in the hotel for consecutive nights, but will be changing to a different room during your stay, you will need to complete the room change procedure.

Moving your Baggage

  • Your baggage will be moved by a Cast Member. Ensure all your baggage is gathered in one place.
    Before leaving, call the Service Hotline from the telephone in your room.
    • - Cash, valuables or any items in the safe deposit box will not be moved by the Cast Member. Please take these with you before you leave.
    • - If you do not call to inform of your departure, your items may be moved to your new room while you are out.

Room Key

  • Returning your room key: Return box on the 2nd floor (Lobby floor)
  • Collecting your new room key: Front Desk
    • - The key can be collected once the room has been prepared.

Room Key for Online Check-In

  • You will receive a notification to your phone once your room is ready. Download your room key to your phone.
  • - Depending on your time of return, you may have to wait to enter your guest room.

4. Checkout

  • 12:00 noon

How to Checkout

Checkout can be completed at the Front Desk. You can also use the Express Checkout service on the guest room television.

Express Checkout

  • Payment can be made via credit card.
  • Return your room key to the return box.

Directions for Express Checkout

1. Turn on the television and choose “Usage Statement Checkout” from the menu.

2. Follow the onscreen instructions.

3. To pay by credit card, scan the two-dimensional code with your phone to be directed to the payment website.

  • - Accepted credit cards: JCB, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Orico. This system uses 3D Secure.

4. When the screen shows “Checkout is complete” the checkout process is complete.

  • - For payment methods other than credit card, and guests requiring a receipt (statement), please pay at the Front Desk.
  • - Express Checkout can be used on day of checkout.

5. Children’s Amenities

  • Children’s pajamas and amenities are available from the Guest Service Counter on the 2nd floor (Lobby floor). If you are staying consecutive nights, please ask for enough to cover your stay.

  • S: 100 cm and under
  • M: 100 cm – 120 cm
  • L: 120 cm – 140 cm

Children’s Amenities

  • Slippers
  • Toothbrush

For all other amenities, please ask at the Guest Service Counter or call the Service Hotline from the phone in your guest room.

6. Using the Parking Areas

  • Please purchase a parking service ticket(駐車サービス券)from the vending machine located inside the parking area.

    • - Parking service ticket (駐車サービス券): A ticket that allows you to use and exit the parking area by paying a set parking fee calculated according to the number of nights stayed at the hotel.

  • From 0:00 a.m. on day of check-in
  • Until midnight on day of checkout

Parking fee

  • 3,000 yen for the first night
  • 1,000 yen for each additional night of stay (per passenger car)
  • - You can enter and exit the parking area as many times as you like during your stay.
  • - Cash payment only.

7. Restaurant Reservations

  • Offering a buffet service at breakfast and dinner, Lotso Garden Cafe draws its inspiration from Lotso, the lovable pink-and-white plush teddy bear featured in the Disney and Pixar film Toy Story 3.
  • To dine at the restaurant, please make an advance reservation (Priority Seating) via the Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations & Tickets.
  • Available only for guests staying at the hotel.

8. Toy Friends Square and Slinky Dog Park

・Children must be supervised at all times while in Toy Friends Square and Slinky Dog Park.

・In the interests of safety, please refrain from running, and from climbing on and hanging off the character statues and other features in the facility.


9. Purchasing Park Tickets

See below for information on where to purchase Park tickets at the hotel.

Disney Hotels Guest Benefits
“Happy Entry”

This Disney Hotel guest benefit allows guests to enter the applicable Park through a Special Entrance for Disney Hotel guests, 15 minutes earlier than other guests. This benefit is not available on the day of check-in.

10. Access between the Parks and the Hotel

Access with the Disney Resort Line Monorail (fee required)

・Guests can access various facilities within Tokyo Disney Resort by using the Disney Resort Line monorail that circles the Resort.
 The closest station to Tokyo Disney Resort Toy Story Hotel is Bayside Station on the Disney Resort Line monorail.
